Denoting a GPL result file as reviewed and approved in SCIEX OS software

Answer

GLP users need to be able to demonstrate that a results file has been reviewed and approved. A new workflow has been introduced in SCIEX OS software 3.4 to accommodate this requirement. Users can now mark the results file as reviewed or approved from the Results drop-down menu.

Once users have completed the results table review or approval process, they must select the option “Mark result file as reviewed and save” or “Mark the results file as approved and save.” Once the results are reviewed and approved, the message “locked, reviewed, approved” will display on the left top corner header of the result table (see red box above results table in the screenshot below).



These locked, reviewed, and approved events are tracked in the audit trail in SCIEX OS software.
